The success of the partnership depends on the engagement of partners, strong governance, transparency and accountability in operation.
Our governance model is based on existing strong partnership working arrangements and has been revised to align with TVU priorities. These groups support our ultimate aim to ‘Drive Forward Economic Growth’ and are led by the Leadership Board. Each is responsible for driving specific priority elements of the TVU Business Plan.
