As many of you will be aware 20 cities have been invited to submit a bid for wave two of a city deal. This will comprise both a 'bespoke' and 'core' component. What should be included in the city deal core package?
Is the 'Core' deal a possible route for Government to deliver Heseltine, Autumn Statement, EU structural Funds and Transport Majors funding? Could the 'Core' deal be rolled out in wave three with the bespoke element being optional?
