Funding
Round 3 of the Regional Growth Fund (RGF) opened in February 2012: £1bn is available for this round
In the first two rounds conditional allocations were made to 176 bidders which will leverage over £7.5bn of private sector leverage and deliver around 330,000 jobs.
Round 2 saw several LEPs successfully access RGF funding to deliver programmes of activity. By using a programme approach, LEPs can co-ordinate bids at a local level that individually would fall below the minimum bid size.
To access RGF in the third round, applicants must submit an application form and supporting documentation by the closing date of 13 June to [email protected]
For help with bids, LEPs may wish to book an Expression of Interest meeting with the RGF team. See Regional Events and EOIs on the BIS website for further details.
For further details of how to apply, refer to the RGF pages on the BIS website.
